Overview
Our refund policy depends on whether a service has been delivered and the type of engagement (one‑off support vs. monthly plan).
Eligibility for refunds
• If a one‑off service has not started, you may request a full refund.
• If a service has started but is not completed, we may provide a partial refund for the unused portion, depending on work already performed.
• For monthly retainers, refunds are generally not provided once the month has started, but we may refund the unused portion at our discretion for exceptional cases.
Non‑refundable situations
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by third‑party systems beyond our control (e.g., ISP outages, vendor downtime) where we have already delivered reasonable support. We also do not refund for change‑of‑mind after full delivery.
How to request a refund
Email us with your order number, the reason for the request, and any relevant details. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and confirm the outcome.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve concerns before filing a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in service suspension and account restrictions.
